When you arrive, our server sets two first-party cookies. They are set by laptopzone.us, are not shared with other websites, and are not used to track you across the web.

• lz_sid — a random session identifier, stored for 90 days. It lets us count a visit once instead of on every page, and connect a visit to a later phone call or in-store sale.
• lz_clk — records the advertising click ID of your current session so that arriving from a new ad starts a new session. Same 90-day lifetime.

Both are marked HttpOnly (not readable by JavaScript in your browser), Secure (only sent over HTTPS), and SameSite=Lax. The 90-day window matches the Google Ads click-reporting window.

On your first request in a session we record, when present:

• Advertising click identifiers — Google's gclid, wbraid, and gbraid — if you arrived from an ad.
• Campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content.
• The website that referred you, and the page you landed on.
• Your device type — mobile, tablet, or desktop.
• A one-way hash of your browser's user-agent string (it cannot be reversed to identify you).
• An approximate, city-level location (see below), and a channel label we derive from the above (for example “paid”, “organic”, or “direct”).

At the moment of your visit, our server uses your IP address only to look up an approximate, city-level location. We then keep the city/region — the IP address itself is never stored and never written to our logs. We do not attempt street-level location, and we do not use the IP for anything else.

Most of our customers reach us by phone, which ordinary web analytics can't see. This first-party data is how we understand which ads, searches, and referrals actually bring people into the store — so we can spend our advertising sensibly. It is not used to build a profile of you or to target you elsewhere.

We do not sell your information, and no third-party analytics or advertising services receive it from this site. We may disclose information if required by law.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the site still works without them. To ask what we hold about a visit or to request deletion, email [email protected]. This site is intended for adults selling their own devices and is not directed at children.
